Divisions Maintenance Group continues to expand its executive leadership team, bringing in a Chief Human Resources Officer to help oversee and facilitate the company’s rapid growth.
Tony Cicio has more than 30 years of experience as a strategic business leader in human resources and finance. He will oversee the HR function for DMG, including total rewards, talent acquisition and the HR business partner team.
“I am thrilled to be joining the DMG team,” Cicio said, “and I am committed to giving our employees the innovative solutions and resources they need to continue to fuel our growth and evolution.”
Prior to joining DMG, Cicio was Chief Human Resources Officer for Samsung Electronics and Argo Group. He is also a former Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Finance for Danone.
He said he was drawn to DMG by the company’s growth and innovation as well as the creativity, talent and energy of the team.
“I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to making a positive impact,” he said.
DMG provides facility maintenance services to retail chains and distribution and fulfillment centers across the country. The company has 800 employees in the U.S., a 30% increase compared to 2021, along with another 100 employees in other countries.
DMG surpassed $500 million in sales in 2021 and is on track to become a multi-billion-dollar business .

Chief Financial Officer Srini Denduluri said Cicio’s role is critical, especially as DMG expands its sales and product and engineering teams.

Cicio is originally from Huntington, New York, but currently lives in northern New Jersey. He earned a degree in accounting from the University of Delaware along with a graduate certificate in information systems management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Outside work, he spends his time with his wife, Laurie, daughter, Ava, and Ella, the family’s Bernese Mountain Dog . He enjoys skiing, hiking and biking, and he is also a thrill seeker who has been skydiving, bungee jumping and white-water rafting.
His first official day with DMG was November 14.
