Divisions Maintenance Group is proud to be a Certified Great Place to Work – an award based solely on what employees say about their experience working with DMG.

This year, 87% of employees said DMG is a great place to work – 30 percentage points higher than the average U.S. company.

“Great Place to Work Certification™ isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work. “It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means DMG is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”

According to Great Place to Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.

At DMG, employees gave the company particularly high marks for safety and equitable treatment. For the statement: “When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome,” 94% of employees agreed that is true.

For the statement, “People care about each other here,” again 94% of employees agreed.

“It’s an endorsement from our people saying that our organization’s culture and our leadership are top-notch, and this is a place they want to be,” said DMG Marketing Director Jalan Nored. “It’s not about the perks – though we do offer plenty of perks. It’s about fostering community and a caring environment where everyone feels safe, welcome and is given opportunities to grow.”
