Divisions Maintenance Group — one of the fastest-growing private companies in the Cincinnati region — is adding to its C-suite.

Peeyush Nahar is DMG’s new Chief Product and Technology Officer, overseeing the company’s product and engineering teams. As CPTO, Nahar’s main goal is to help scale the organization and generate product-led growth, improving the experience for DMG’s customers and providers.

“I’m excited to be part of this tremendous company,” said Nahar, whose first day with DMG was August 1st. “DMG solves real problems for customers and providers and creates value in the process. The people I have met so far have been wonderful, and I can’t wait to work with each one of them.”

Founded in 1999, DMG provides facility maintenance services for commercial, industrial and residential multisite organizations nationwide. The company has grown from a small handful of employees to nearly 1,000. In June, fueled by that growth, DMG moved into a brand-new headquarters in the heart of downtown Cincinnati.

Prior to joining DMG, Nahar worked as a top-level executive for Amazon, Uber and Goldman Sachs. At Amazon, he led product, engineering and business teams at scale, as well as growing several businesses from scratch into multi-billion-dollar endeavors.

At Uber, he was vice president of technology and led core engineering teams of more than 2,000.

Most recently, Nahar was a Partner at Goldman Sachs, where he led the end-to-end consumer business.

“The role of CPTO is pivotal to DMG’s development, and I am confident that under Peeyush’s guidance, we will reach new heights,” said DMG Founder and CEO Gary Mitchell. “There’s no doubt, Peeyush is a perfect fit for DMG as we advance in our digital transformation and continue our significant expansion.”
