This is the starting point on our operations team. Operations Coordinators create work orders, assign work to technicians, manage invoices and open and close cases in DMG systems.
OCs are responsible for ensuring efficient and effective delivery of DMG services to our customers, 24/7/365.

This is a management-track position in the company. Lead Operations Coordinators offer support, coaching and mentoring to OCs, along with providing day-to-day operational assistance on assigned customer accounts.

Associate Operations Managers build relationships with property managers/trade coordinators, positioning themselves as the go-to person for any service problems or issues. The AOM position is a growth position at DMG, leading into the Operations Manager role.

Operations Managers are the acting COOs for their assigned accounts, reporting directly to the Team Lead. OMs share the Team Lead’s year-over-year expectations to grow the account as well as the responsibility to hit KPIs and manage budgets.

The Team Lead is responsible for all business operations covering an entire customer account. That includes managing all employees working on the account as well as meeting year-over-year expectations for growth, KPIs and budgets.

Operations Coordinator

This is the starting point on our operations team. Operations Coordinators create work orders, assign work to technicians, manage invoices and open and close cases in DMG systems. OCs are responsible for ensuring efficient and effective delivery of DMG services to our customers, 24/7/365.

Lead Operations Coordinator

This is a management-track position in the company. Lead Operations Coordinators offer support, coaching and mentoring to OCs along with providing day-to-day operational assistance on assigned customer accounts.

Associate Operations Manager

Associate Operations Managers build relationships with property managers/trade coordinators, positioning themselves as the go-to person for any service problems or issues. This is a growth position at DMG leading into the Operations Manager role.
