DMG field team

Our field team is stationed in more than 80 cities across the United States. They travel from site to site to inspect customer properties in person, verifying work quality and building strong relationships with local providers and property managers. 

Field team careers

District Manager

DMG District Managers work closely with our account teams to form strong relationships with customers and providers in their respective districts. DMs perform regular site inspections to verify work quality, strengthen relationships and search for additional businesses opportunities.

Regional Manager

Regional Managers are responsible for staffing, profit, performance and operations in their respective districts. RMs hire, train and develop DMs while managing relationships with local customers and providers. There are three levels of the RM role, depending on experience and performance.

The reason I love being a part of DMG first started with my visit to our corporate office.
