A Seasonal Pricing model is recommended for the sites in Northern states given the expected snowfall per season. Seasonal Pricing model transfers the risk associated with weather to the Snow Service Provider, giving the Customer a fixed budget for snow removal costs. (Seasonal Variance – a Variance contract is a seasonal model with a low and high snowfall range associated with the contract price.

On demand charges for services only when needed. Due to the unpredictability of weather, this model is recommended for areas that snow is not as regularly occurring. on demand includes: parking lot plowing, snow shoveling, lot and sidewalk de-icing
